Fun with Friends
This week, Julie's best friend from college came to visit. We met in January 2000, so we have already passed equilibrium on how long we've known each other. We took a rest day on Sunday after she flew in on a red eye and went to Julie's favorite place, the used books warehouse, where Cat found a first edition of a wine book that she had been looking for. We did a little bit of inventory later in the week. We ended up putting "[unknown]" in the library check-out card bc we couldn't decipher this. Monday we went camping at Reeds Gap State Park, PA. The first night of camping is always stressful getting set up and fed before dark. We decided to make it easier on ourselves and have camper meals the first night. Julie also discovered that we had no tent poles for Jaron & Julie's tent. We did have everything for Cat's tent. Side note: the poles are stored separately from the tent when packed on a motorcycle.
